The California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA) is a professional membership association representing California naturopathic doctors (NDs). The CNDA is incorporated as a California mutual benefit 501(c)(6) nonprofit corporation.
This past April, the Board of the CNDA convened for a strategic planning retreat focused on the future of the organization. It was a powerful meeting with positive and far-reaching outcomes. Simply stated, here are the new vision and mission of the CNDA:

The founding of AAPNA began as a discussion amongst ayurvedic professionals in 2002. We wanted to create a community of ayurvedic professionals with the common goal of growing the presence of ayurveda in integrative health care. AAPNA incorporated in December of 2007, as a non-profit 501(c)(6) corporation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA; it has since grown to unite ayurvedic and integrative medicine health professionals, students, academic institutes, and corporations throughout North America and internationally.
