Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of water
1/8 tsp of Turmeric powder
1/2 stick of cinnamon
Couple black peppercorn
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/4 tsp Fennel
1 Cardamom pod
1. Pour water into a saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil
2. Once the water is boiling, add the herbs and let it boil for 2 minutes
3. After 2 minutes, turn the heat off and let the herbs steep for 1 minute
4. Strain the herb tea into a cup and then add 1/2 tsp of honey before drinking
This tea is specific for the Spring season to help pacify Kapha and reduce allergy symptoms. This tea is not suitable during Summer.
